PMS team up with largemortgageloans.com

PMS has launched a new referral partnership with specialist broker largemortgageloans.com for its members.

Largemortgageloans.com specialises in mortgages of between £500,000 and £50m. The referral facility will be available immediately via the PMS website.

PMS development director Martin Reynolds says: “We are all aware that the financial services world is changing at a rapid pace and we all need to explore all avenues open to fully meeting the needs of our clients. This new bespoke service provided by PMS and largemortgageloans.com will truly offer a previously unavailable source of funding to the general broker marketplace.”

Largemortgageloans.com managing director Paul Welch says: “With the high street lenders making sweeping cuts to their product ranges and criteria, even treating bonuses differently, brokers may be finding it hard to place large mortgage loans at the moment, with a resulting loss in revenue. That’s where largemortgageloans.com aims to help PMS brokers and their clients.”
