Plum launches commission matching software

Plum Software has released a new application which it says makes the process of matching commission statements against expected income “virtually instantaneous”.

The Commission Link software is available to all Plum users and is already matching statements from Fidelity FundsNetwork and Friends Provident. Plum says other providers are set to follow.

It says the software’s matching options can be defined by individual users, with data accessible using preset commission statements or by accessing commission details in large grids.

The software allows user defined filtering, groupings, fields and the ability to count, sum or percentage commission items.

Plum Software managing director Ann Dempster says: “Commissions are a crucial part of any adviser’s business and so we’re delighted to be able to inform the market that Commission Link is now live and ready for use.

“We’re making it really easy for advisers to get up and running. There is no special setup or additional charges to use the Commission Link software and we provide unlimited help from our helpdesk to all customers wanting to get going on the new software.”
