Plum adds Standard Sipp

Plum Software has upgraded its Fact Finder Plus Administrator, giving advisers access to fund details from Standard Life self-invested personal pensions.

Users can now upload Sipp details including names of the funds, number of units and fund valuation.

Each upload will add a new record and maintains the fund name – new ones are added, existing funds updated and unused funds closed down.

The service also covers Standard Life’s investment bonds, Isas, investment accounts and Pep transfer plans as well as Sipps.

Standard Life sales technology manager Peter Brutin says: “Advisers can now see a current value of a product, as well as a transfer value if it is a pension plan or a cash-in value for an investment bond.

“The link-up means that we can instantly supply a breakdown of the funds in which a client’s monies are invested and give the value of the units in those funds.”

Plum managing director Ann Dempster says: “We can now enable intermediaries to access the information they need from Standard Life quickly, transparently and within the existing Plum Software system – as a single screen in the client management system.”
