Pleasantly surprised by TCF seminar

With the advent of any new regulatory directive there is always a flurry of courses and seminars offering guidance and support from so-called third-party experts.

Treating customers fairly is no different. Having attended a number of seminars thus far, I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the presentation by Financial Services Legal at the Royal Overseas League, London, on November 14.

I would wholly endorse its presentation as being one of the best quality seminars currently available.

While the seminar was not free, which may discourage some potential attendees, it truly was thought-provoking and challenging.
