Tracker term: Three years

Tracker rate: Up to 70% of valuation – 4.29% above the Bank of England base rate, up to 65% of valuation – 4.09% above the Bank of England base rate, up to 60% of valuation – 3.69% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: Up to 70% of valuation –  4.79%, up to 65% of valuation – 4.59%, up to 60% of valuation – 4.19%

Minimum loan:

Maximum loan: Up to 70% of valuation subject to a maximum of £350,000, £300,000 for new-build properties

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments based on the reversionary rate of 4.5% above the Bank of England base rate

Conditions: Unlimited overpayments, free valuation, free standard legal fees for remortgages, available for properties in England, Wales and Scotland, up to three properties allowed with Platform within a total maximum of £1m and up to 10 properties allowed with all lenders

Arrangement fee: £950 plus £89 administration fee

Redemption fee: None

Introducer’s fee: 0.45% of the original loan subject to a £1,575 maximum
