Platform loans to be offered via Assureweb

Platform Home Loans is to be the first non-confor ming lender to offer intermediaries access to its product range through IFA portal Assureweb.

From next month, IFAs registered with Assureweb will have online access to Platform&#39s full product range, mortgage rates and under writing criteria and will be able to down load mortgage application forms.

Platform says further dev el opments in the pipeline inc lude a comprehensive search and selection facility, mortgage case tracking service and onl ine mortgage application facility.

Sales and marketing director Guy Batchelor says: “We strongly believe online busin ess-to-business conduits will grow in importance as electronic trading really begins to take off in the intermediary mortgage marketplace.”

AssureWeb sales and marketing director Nicola Mit chell says: “Borrowers with less than perfect credit histories or unconventional emp loyment records frequently turn to IFAs for advice. Now they can access and interrogate Platform&#39s complete pro duct range online.”
