Platform adds four onsite underwriting staff

Platform has appointed four new onsite underwriting staff to work across three of its packager partners.

Charlotte Houlbrook will be based at the Leeds offices of the Mortgage Trading Company having spent three years at Cheltenham & Gloucester as a branch manager.

Jodie Moreby will be based at the offices of Complete Mortgage Services in Hamble having spent 18 months with Platform as a case manager within its packaged division.

Kevin Hunt and Karl Krutchley will be based in the Basildon offices of Countrywide. Both spent three years with Platform at its Head Office as case managers for the lender’s unpackaged division.

Platform head of new business Carlo Gargiulo says: “We are delighted to announce the appointment of these new staff to the onsite team and I am confident that their ability to work closely with the outstanding operational teams of our client partners will allow us to evolve and improve the service we offer. These new appointments demonstrate our ongoing commitment to our packaging partners and will give us a real advantage in terms of speed to offer.”

Platform is expecting to announce additional appointments of underwriting staff to work with four packagers in Luton, Bedford, Fareham and Exeter within the coming months.
