Type: Tracker mortgage.

Tracker term: Term of loan.

Tracker rate: Bank of England base rate plus 4.75 per cent.

Minimum loan: £25,001.

Maximum loan: Up to 85 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum

of £500,000.

Income multiples: 3.5 times principal income plus second or three

times joint.

Arrangement fee: £395.

Redemption fee: 6 per cent of amount repaid in first three years.

Conditions: Unlimited CCJs, maximum six months&#39 arrears with

maximum of three in the last six months, bankruptcy discharged over

12 months ago, individual voluntary arrangement satisfied over 12

months ago.

Introducer&#39s fee: 1 per cent of loan, minimum £500 maximum

£5,000.
