Fixed term: Two years

Fixed rate: Up to 85% of valuation – 6.5%, up to 80% of valuation – 6.4%, up to 70% of valuation – 6.25%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £400,000

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 100% of the mortgage repayments
