Discounted term: Three years.

Discount: 2.4 per cent in year one, 1.4 per cent in year two, 0.4 per

cent in year three.

Payable rate: 3.34 per cent in year one, 4.34 per cent in year two, 5.34

per cent in year three.

Minimum loan: £25,001.

Maximum loan: Loans of up to 80 per cent of valuation subject to a

maximum of £300,000, 81-85 per cent subject to a maximum of

£250,000, 86-90 per cent subject to a maximum of £200,000, 91-95

per cent subject to a maximum of £150,000.

Income multiples: Loans of up to 75 per cent of valuation 3.5 times

principal income plus second or 2.75 times joint, 76-85 per cent of

valuation 3.25 times principal income plus second or 2.6 times joint,

86-95 per cent of valuation three times principal income plus second

or 2.5 times joint.

Arrangement fee: £295.

Redemption fee: 3 per cent of amount repaid in year one, 2 per cent

in year two, 1 per cent in year three.
