The Pep & Isa Managers' Association has appointed Frances Davies and Clive Shelton as directors to its board.
The move will also mark the departure of Angela Knight who is stepping down after serving more than two years on the boards of Pima and its predecessor the Pep Manager's Association.
Davies is currently head of pooled funds at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management with direct responsibility for its retail unit trust business.
She had previously worked as a director at SG Warburg responsible for its risk management advisory group.
Shelton is chief registrar and manager legal and compliance at M&G. He is a member of the Pima Advisory Council and is co-author of the Securities Institute's workbooks on Pep and Isa administration.
Pima chairman Robert Balfour says: "We are delighted to welcome them to the board. Both bring extensive experience of and expertise in the investment industry, which will be invaluable to Pima as we drive the organisation forward."
