PIA fines IFA £12,500


The PIA has taken disciplinary action against Sinclair Osborne Financial Services of St. Andrews Fife.


The firm has been reprimanded and ordered to pay £12,500 for compliance failings related to the pensions review.


It has also been ordered to pay £4,000 in respect of PIA&#39s costs.
