Perspective acquires Multiplex Financial Trustees

IFA consolidator Perspective Financial Group has acquired Multiplex Financial Trustees, making it its seventh acquisition to date.

Cheshire-based Multiplex offers three specialist services, health cover, pension planning and wealth management services.

The move hopes to bring Perspective’s funds under management to £500m, recurring revenue to £4m and turnover to £8.3m.

Multiplex will trade under its current name with all the existing management team continuing to operate and develop the business.

Perspective managing director Damian Keeling says: “With seven firms now under the Perspective umbrella we continue to build a group which has quality of advice and financial strength at the heart of the business.”

Multiplex chief executive Peter Murray says: “With Perspective’s financial strength we can now look at our own acquisition plans within the local area and we are certainly keen to talk to local firms who may be interested in joining us.”
