Perspective acquires Financial Connection

Perspective Financial Group has bought Surrey-based advice firm Financial Connection in what is the consolidator’s second acquisition of the year.

As part of the purchase Financial Connection will become Financial Connection Wealth Management.

It will continue to be managed by Jackie Lee-Lis, the firm’s only registered individual.

Financial Connection has assets under advice of £27m and recurring income of £330,000 per year. Perspective has over £2bn of assets advice and has completed 28 acquisitions to date.

Perspective managing director Damian Keeling (pictured) says: “Financial Connection is a quality operation which has built up a loyal client base.  It is a significant acquisition for the group.

“We continue to grow and develop through acquisition as well as by supporting our existing offices.  We expect to make more additions to the Perspective Group throughout 2012 and have a strong pipeline to achieve this.”

Financial Connection manager Jackie Lee-Lis says: “I am very proud of the business we have grown here and feel now is the time to situate it within a structure which can help me take it to the next level.”
