Money Portal executive vice-chairman and co-founder Richard Craven and managing director Chris Edge are also leaving the group.
Craven, previously group chief executive, is leaving to pursue his other entrepreneurial interests, likely to be outside the industry, but remains a significant shareholder in the business. Edge has not announced what he will be doing after leaving the firm.
Alexander Forbes Financial Services marketing director David Marlow is leaving the firm. Marlow, who has been with the firm for over five years, will not be replaced.
AWD Chase de Vere chief executive Mike Kirsch is leaving the firm following a restructure of the business. Both the wealth management and consulting arms will continue to be run by its existing management teams, reporting to the board.
AWD Chase de Vere has appointed Gary Bradley as its corporate business development manager. Bradley, who joins from Origen Financial Services, will be creating and developing long-term relationships with companies and affinity groups within the wealth management division of AWD.
Legal & General has appointed 11 protection development managers to support its new IFA protection field sales team. The managers will help advisers across the UK write more protection business.
