Paymentshield joins Paradigm GI panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Paymentshield to its general insurance panel.

Paymentshield offers GI products including mortgage payment protection insurance, buildings and contents insurance, landlords B&C insurance and home and legal cover.

Paradigm members will be able to access Paymentshield’s range of products with enhanced commission rates and will access its IT solutions including Inertia, its quotation software.

Inertia enables advisers to generate B&C, MPPI and landlord B&C insurance quotations instantly and allows advisers to e-trade applications direct to Paymentshield policy underwriters.

Paradigm Mortgage Services chief executive Bob Hunt says: “As advisers move towards providing a more holistic financial advice service Paradigm wanted to ensure that its members had access to a variety of offerings and products.

“Paymentshield’s inclusion on our GI panel is proof positive that Paradigm is much more than a mortgage club and is able to offer a wide variety of quality products and offerings to our members. We look forward to working with Paymentshield in what I’m sure will be a particularly fruitful relationship for all.”

Paymentshield sales and marketing director Chris Traynor says: “Paymentshield is delighted to have been selected as their chosen business partner for mortgage-related general insurance products.

“We are looking forward to working closely with the Paradigm management and their members to build a mutually beneficial partnership.”
