Simply Biz chairman and Pathways steering group chairman Ken Davy says Pathways&#39 steering group has worked for two years in co-operation with its partners to define a clear career structure and support mechanism for financial services.

He says: “It is generally recognised that it is very difficult for people in financial services to see how a career can be structured and it is even more difficult for people thinking of joining the industry.”
