Paragon Mortgages is extending its product range to include commercial loans and is launching a new commercial buy to let product.

The loans will be available for most types of non-specialist properties, including shops, offices, warehouses, light industrial buildings and mixed residential commercial buildings.

Pricing will be LIBOR linked.

The mortgages will be launched through Paragon’s panel of intermediaries which includes The Mortgage Centre.
