Paradigm picks Stubley for finance role

Paradigm Group has appointed Noel Stubley to the newly created role of group finance director.

He joins Paradigm from Lloyds Bank where he was corporate markets and acquisition finance team director.

Paradigm says Stubley will work closely with senior partner Paul Hogarth and director Anthony Morrow across Paradigm Partners, Paradigm Pensions, Paradigm Mortgages and corporate platform Amber.

Hogarth says: “Noel is no stranger to the team at Paradigm, having worked closely with us on a number of occasions over the years. He is an extremely talented individual whose knowledge, insight and experience will add a new dimension to the senior management team and be of great value to the wider group and its growing interests.”

Stubley says: “Paradigm is well recognised as one of the most forward-thinking and ambitious organisations operating in the financial services sector. The opportunity to play an important role in how that story develops was not one I could let pass by.”

Paradigm launched Amber in January as a standalone business. It is powered by SEI and is available to the wider adviser market.

Syndaxi Chartered Financial Planners managing director Rob Reid says: “Given the significant growth Paradigm is benefiting from, it is no surprise it feels the need to strengthen its management team.”
