Paradigm chooses Aegon for off-platform GPP

Paradigm has chosen Aegon to provide its off-platform group personal pension.

The Aegon GPP will sit alongside Paradigm’s Amber corporate wrap and Jargonfreebenefits, the firm’s automatic enrolment compliance and workplace benefits solution.

Paradigm partner Anthony Morrow (pictured) says: “We are very pleased to be able to add Aegon’s GPP proposition alongside the Amber corporate wrap and our Jargonfreebenefits offering.

“As both businesses continue to attract advisers and assets we are continually looking to adapt and develop the proposition to meet the needs of the advisers that use them. The partnership we have entered into with Aegon is part of this and demonstrates our continued commitment to offering advisers and their clients the very best products and solutions on the market.”

Aegon sales director Duncan Jarrett says: “Following the recent pension reform it is important that advisers are able to offer solutions tailored to an employer’s business that can ease the legislative changes through as efficiently as possible.”

AWD Chase de Vere head of communications Patrick Connolly says: “For any support services firm it is imperative to get these kinds of decisions right because members will be reliant on the service they receive from the GPP provider.”
