Paradigm adds HICS to conveyancing panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Halifax Intermediary Conveyancing Service to its panel of preferred conveyancing partners.

Paradigm members will now be able to search, appoint and track the activities of a conveyancing specialist through using the HICS service.

Paradigm Mortgage Services chief executive Bob Hunt says the addition of HICS increases the strength of Paradigm’s panel and adds value to its overall offering.

He says: “With HICS becoming a preferred conveyancing partner, Paradigm members will now be able to access a much wider range of solicitors given that HICS has over 100 firms available to choose from.

“Through offering conveyancing services to their clients, advisers can maximise their income-generating opportunities and access a new revenue stream. By using HICS, advisers can earn £200 if the client is buying and selling while at the same time ensuring very competitive conveyancing charges and a slick and reliable service for their clients.”
