Pantheon buys IFA Fraser Anderson

Leeds IFA Pantheon Finan-cial has bought Gloucestershire firm Fraser Anderson and Partners.

Fraser Anderson has been providing comprehensive financial and wealth management advice to private and corporate clients for over 30 years.

The acquisition brings Pantheon&#39s staff to 70 in a network of seven offices throughout the UK.

Pantheon chief executive James Kaberry believes there is great synergy between the two businesses. Fraser Anderson&#39s corporate clients will have access to Pantheon&#39s range of financial counselling services while Fraser Anderson brings a dedicated tax department to the group.

Fraser Anderson owner Patricia Lough will remain with the group, focusing on client advice, but the Pantheon board will take over full management responsibilities.

Lough says: “I knew Fraser Anderson would be better positioned as part of a larger entity, allowing the business to develop and realise its full potential.”

Pantheon chief executive James Kaberry says: “The acquisition of Fraser Anderson reinforces our commitment to strategic growth while focusing on maintaining and developing our core strengths and skills.”
