Over half of online cases receive immediate acceptance, says Bright Grey

Over half of applicants using Bright Grey’s online quote and apply system receive immediate acceptance, according figures released by the protection provider.

The new interactive quote and apply system gave immediate acceptance to 52 per cent of applicants. Furthermore, 75 per cent of business submitted via the system

The provider says 12 per cent fewer cases now require further medical evidence, meaning cases without medicals are now being offered cover within three days, 40 per cent faster from five days.

Bright Grey propositions director Roger Edwards says: “Having very swift processing times helps advisers keep their clients engaged through the sales process and ultimately helps convert more business. It’s not difficult to see why the system has developed such a loyal band of followers, as advisers have been quick to realise the tangible benefits.”
