Over £16bn completions for L&G mortgage club in 2003

Legal & General&#39s mortgage club members completed over £16bn of mortgages in 2003, up 24 per cent from 2002.

It says that part of its success is down to the volume of exclusive deals it negotiates with lenders on its panel, which accounted for almost £3.5bn of the mortgages completed last year.
