Osborne says IFAs have education role

Tory Shadow Chancellor George Osborne says better use must be made of IFAs to increase financial literacy. He told a Tory debt summit that he would be writing to the Advertising Standards Agency over concerns that firms offering IVAs may be breaching the advertising code and criticised data protection legislation.
