Openwork appoints Kate Avery as non-exec director

Openwork has appointed Kate Avery as non-executive director.

Avery was group executive director of wealth at L&G and prior to that spent 18 years at Barclays in roles such as managing director of Barclays’ Stockbroking arm and Barclays Personal Investment Management.

Avery is a fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has an MBA from Cranfield School of
Management.

Openwork chief executive Keith Carby says: “We are delighted to have attracted someone of Kate’s track record, capabilities and experience.”
