Openwork appoints Hornbuckle Mitchell as second Sipp provider

Openwork has appointed self-directed pension specialist Hornbuckle Mitchell to provide self invested personal pension services for its investors.

Hornbuckle Mitchell is to offer both its full Sipp and single investment Sipp to Openwork’s advisers in both the pension and retirement planning sector.

Openwork has an existing Sipp arrangement with Aegon Scottish Equitable.

Horbuckle Mitchell commercial director Steve Bertuzzi says: “Openwork is a leader in its field with a strong base of highly qualified pension advisers. This strategic partnership gives them access to a comprehensive Sipp service that enables clients to make use of all the freedom and flexibility allowed under HMRC’s pension rules, backed up by dynamic our in-house expertise and support as an addition to their current hybrid offer.”

“This is clearly an important step for our future growth and builds on our success in the IFA sector. It opens up a new sales channel with access to a wider spread of clients, ultimately raising our profile and increasing our business levels.”
