Online tool measures client feedback on TCF

Technology provider FinQS is offering an online tool which allows advisers to get feedback from clients on how well they are fulfilling the FSA’s treating customers fairly principles.

The TCF Centre allows firms to submit requests for feedback to clients which are collated before a score is produced for each adviser.

Firms can set benchmark scores for their advisers and the TCF Centre will identify any areas needing development, allowing firms to target training needs or respond to customer issues.

The service includes a forum for users to communicate about aspects of TCF as well as a library of documents, articles and links to help advisers share knowledge and ideas.

Director Phil Reed says: “Our research into the reaction to TCF within our industry demonstrates that many companies and advisers are keen to put practical measures in place to help them in meeting the FSA’s requirements.”

Perception Support director Phil Billingham says: “This product from FinQS will provide hard usable evidence in an area of the business that was previously difficult to obtain.”
