Old Mutual chief operating officer Paul Hanratty is to depart next September, ending 30 years with the business.
Hanratty, who was also chairman of Old Mutual South Africa, is expected to remain on the board until March 2016, when Old Mutual will publish preliminary results for the 2015 calendar year, before ultimately departing at the end of his notice period on 14 September 2016.
He has previously held the role of chief executive of long-term saving and was made chief operating officer in July last year.
Old Mutual group chief executive Julian Roberts says: “Paul has dedicated over 30 years to Old Mutual both in South Africa and more recently at group level.
“We are very grateful for his outstanding contribution to the success of the company over his long career with us and wish him every success for the future.”
