Old Broad Street Research makes raft of ratings changes

Old Broad Street Research has suspended the ratings of the Invesco Perpetual UK growth and UK aggressive funds following the announcement that fund manager Ed Burke is to retire.

Strong performance on UK growth and UK aggressive had seen them both awarded an A and AA rating respectively under the management of Burke.

OBSR research director Richard Romer-Lee says that the suspension takes place with immediate effect pending a meeting with the new managers.

Meanwhile, the group has awarded a AA rating to M&G global basics, which is managed by Graham French, as well as A ratings for Credit Suisse European frontiers, JPM New Europe, Newton Income and Sarasin equisar global thematic.
