OBSR strips Ignis corporate bond of rating

OBSR has stripped the suspended A rating from the Ignis corporate bond fund and removed it from the service.

The rating was suspended in last December following the departure of CIO for fixed income Joe McKenna from the company.

Head of Credit Chris Bowie and Adam Walker have assumed management of the fund, both of whom were previously involved in managing the fund.

OBSR says: “The fund continues to be a competent proposition but following a sector review, OBSR considers it to be less compelling than others that they cover and have therefore chosen to remove the rating.”
