NUHC expands its small corporate PMI offering

Norwich Union Healthcare has announced it is expanding its small corporate healthcare product to larger companies and adding access to its online health manager service.

Solutions had been restricted to companies with 50 to 99 employees since its launch last May, it is now being extended to those with 50 to 249 employees.

The Personal Health Manager allows policyholders to assess their own medical symptoms, devise personalised health plans and have access to GPs via a 24-hour helpline.

The product combines a core package with additional modules which can be added on if the company chooses to do so. NUHC says it made a significant impact because it extended corporate PMI to companies for which it may have been previously unaffordable.

Head of business development Carolyn Derrington says: “The success of Solutions convinced us that a comprehensive core product with the option to pick and choose extras is what the corporate market demands. Now we are responding to that clamour by broadening its availability to larger companies.”
