NU gets boot

The front page of your July 21 issue has brought much mirth and laughter to Cardiff this morning.

Just over a month ago, we attended a Funds Network presentation at St David’s Spa when their representative – who will remain nameless to protect the innocent – waxed lyrical about future plans including an onshore investment bond with administration by Norwich Union.

Without hesitation, my colleague, Tom Winstan- ley voiced out loud his judgement – “Doomed”.

Does not NU’s Paul Stoakes’ response – “surprise that admin was a factor” – speak volumes?
