Nottingham extends loan range

Nottingham Building Society has changed its mortgage lending policy, increasing the maximum loan to value ratio for mortgages and remortgages to 90 per cent from 75 per cent for loans from outside Nottingham’s normal operating area, which encompasses Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire.

Previous mortgages up to 95 per cent LTV were only available in this normal operating area.
