Payable rate: Up to 75 per cent of valuation 5.89 per cent, 76-90 per cent of valuation 5.99 per cent, 91-95 per cent of valuation 6.09 per cent.




Minimum loan: £1,000 for Nottingham building society customers, otherwise £20,000.




Maximum loan: Up to 95 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £150,000.
