Discounted term: Two years.




Discount: Up to 75 per cent of valuation 2.1 per cent, 76-90 per cent of valuation 1.9 per cent, 91-95 per cent of valuation 1.7 per cent.




Payable rate: Up to 75 per cent of valuation 5.39 per cent, 76-90 per cent of valuation 5.59 per cent, 91-95 per cent of valuation 5.79 per cent.




Minimum loan: £1,000 for Nottingham building society customers, otherwise £20,000.




Maximum loan: Up to 95 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £150,000.




Income multiples: Three times principal income plus second or 2.5 times joint.




Arrangement fee: None.




Redemption fee: Amount borrowed times discount received plus any loyalty bonus during discounted period.




Conditions: Buildings insurance with Nottingham building society, or a fee of £25 is charged.




Introducer&#39s fee: Loans from £20,000-£59,999 – £100, loans from £60,000-£99,999 – £150, loans of £100,000 or over – £200.
