Fixed term: Until November 1, 2012

Fixed rate: 3.79%

Minimum loan: £30,000

Maximum loan: Up to 80% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000

Income multiples: Up to 3.75 times single or main income

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year subject to a £500 minimum allowed without penalty in the fixed-rate period, free in-house legal fees for remortgages, available only for properties in England and Wales, available to selected intermediaries

Arrangement fee: £995 application fee plus

Redemption fee: Six months interest in the first two years

Introducer’s fee: 0.35% of the original loan subject to a £200 minimum and £1,500 maximum
