CRITICAL ILLNESS

Minimum premium/cover: £5 a month/subject to negotiation.

Maximum cover: No maximum.

Illnesses covered: Alzheimer&#39s disease, aorta graft surgery, benign

brain tumour, blindness, cancer, coma, coronary angioplasty,

coronary artery by-pass surgery, Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease,

deafness, heart attack, heart valve replacement or repair, HIV –

assault, HIV – blood transfusion, HIV – occupation, kidney failure, loss

of independent existence, loss of limbs, loss of speech, major organ

transplant, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, paralysis,

Parkinson&#39s disease, pre-senile dementia, stroke, third degree

burns, total permanent disability.

Minimum-maximum ages: 16-59.

Charges: None.

Options: Waiver of premium.

Commission: Subject to negotiation.

TERM ASSURANCE

Type: Level term assurance.

Minimum sum assured/premuim: Subject to negotiation/£5 a

month.

Minimum-maximum term: Three years-40 years.

Charges: None.

ASU MORTGAGE PROTECTION PLAN

Maximum benefit: £1,500 a month.

Benefit payment term: Up to 12 months.

Deferred period: 1, 3, 6, 13 or 26 months

Premium: Accident, sickness and unemployment cover £4.99 per

£100 of cover, unemployment cover £3.57 per £100 of cover.
