Norwich Union endorses Raising Standards

Norwich Union is throwing its weight behind the Raising Standards initiative and is issuing a briefing document to IFAs and business partnerships.

The Norwich Union document supports Raising Standards&#39 three key promises of greater clarity and comparability of information, appropriateness of product purchased and better customer service.

Norwich Union sales and marketing director Peter Hales says: “The Raising Standards initiative is a major step forward for the industry and Norwich Union in helping to strengthen consumer confidence – this will be good news for IFAs, product providers and ultimately the customer.”
