Norwich & Peterborough Building Society offers self build insurance package

Norwich & Peterborough Building Society is set to offer a specially designed insurance package for self-build borrowers.


Project Builder will provide building works, public and employers liability, legal expenses and personal accident all within one package.


Structural guarantee insurance is also available as part of the package or on a standalone basis. This provides a 10 year guarantee at the completion of building project.


Premiums are calculated based on an estimate of the value of the home to be built, although the minimum premium is £272.


The insurance is underwritten by CGU and is available to N&P customers and non customers.
