Northern Rock launches &#39Together Flexible&#39 mortgage

Northern Rock has launched a &#39Together Flexible&#39 mortgage incorporating a loan secured on property with an unsecured loan.


The loan will be launched at a variable rate of 6.99 per cent and will be set at no more than 1.99 per cent above the base rate.


The mortgage also includes daily interest calculation, overpayments, payment holidays, no early repayment charge and no insurance tie-ins.
