News Star International names Greg Jones as MD

New Star has appointed Greg Jones as managing director of the company’s international fund business.

Jones joined New Star in 2001 and will assume his new role from September while maintaining sales director responsibilities in the UK.

New Star International managing director Mark Skinner says: “I am delighted to announce Greg’s appointment as managing director of New Star’s international fund business. Greg’s wealth of experience in UK and international fund markets will help New Star to continue to expand its international offering.”

Jones adds: “I am looking forward to playing a larger role in the continued development of New Star’s international fund business and working alongside some of the industry’s most professional and well-respected individuals.”
