FIXED RATE MORTGAGES


Fixed terms: Until December 31, 2001 or 2003.


Fixed rates: Three year – option one – 5.94 per cent, option two – 6.58 per cent and five year – 7.5 per cent.


Minimum loan: £15,000.


Maximum loan: Up to 90 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000.


Income multiples: Three times principal income plus second or 2.5 times joint.


Arrangement fee: Application fee – £50, completion fee – £245.


Cashback: Three year – £250, five year – up to 4 per cent subject to a maximum of £13,500.


Redemption fee: Three year – option one – 5 per cent until December 31, 2001 then decreasing by 1 per cent a year until 2 per cent before December 31, 2004, option two – 5 per cent until December 31, 2001. Five year – 5 per cent until December 31, 2001 then 4 per cent until December 31, 2003.


Conditions: One compulsory insurance from choice of buildings, contents or accident, sickness and unemployment.
