David Wingar, formerly of Courts IFA in South Wales, is setting up a new firm, Future Asset Management focusing on high net-worth and corporate clients.
Wingars wife Nicola is responsible for administration and accounting, and Cathie Rowe will manage client details and compliance.
Wingar is area liaison officer for the Personal Finance Society, and will continue to work out of Coity, near Bridgend. He is one of five per cent of IFAs in the UK with the CII Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.
Future Asset Management principal David Wingar says: Most UK IFAs are turning over an average of less than 100,000 and need to be more business orientated, hiving off general administration so they can concentrate on marketing, networking, advising clients and preparing financial planning solutions.
