Network Data unable to set payment date for missing commission

Network Data has informed its appointed representatives that it is unable to set a date by which it expects to pay missing commissions.

In an email seen by Money Marketing that was sent to ARs this morning, the network informed those who are waiting for payment dates that it is unable to offer any assurances over the likely timescale for payments.

The email says: “We recently identified a problem which meant we were unable to meet the timescales and payment dates previously promised.

“As a result we are unable to confirm that your payments will be processed and because of the backlog we are unable to confidently confirm a new payment date in case we are unable to process in time.”

Network Data was unavailable for comment.
