Neptune joins EMXCo

Neptune Investment Management has joined the EMX Message System and went live today with a FIX connection.

In January 2007 the system routed 1.4m messages and over €4bn in funds flow. EMXCo currently have over 3,000 funds from 64 fund managers and around 200 distributors contracted to use the system.

Neptune sales director Patrick Berton says: “Joining the EMX Message System is an important development for Neptune. The efficiency and cost saving benefits associated with straight through processing are obvious and joining the EMX Message System will help us achieve our goal of delivering our clients outstanding performance in investment management.”

EMXCo chief executive Max Wright says: “There has been a huge demand from our participants for Neptune to join the EMX Message System and I am delighted to welcome them on board.”
