Tracker rate: 2.79% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 3.29%

Minimum loan: £25,000

Maximum loan: Up to 60% of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty in the tracker period, free basic valuation and basic legal fees for remortgages, available only to selected intermediaries, not available for properties in Northern Ireland

Arrangement fee: None

Redemption fee: 3% of the amount repaid in the first two years
