Mortgageforce picks agency to draw franchisees

Broker franchise Mort-gageforce has appointed McConnells Advertising to control its marketing strategy in a deal worth more than £200,000.

The account has been opened with the Derby-based ad agency to raise Mortgageforce&#39s image with potential franchisees and assist its current franchisees with marketing.

Mortgageforce claims to be one of the most rapidly expanding franchise business in financial services.

It says it already has 60 consultants around the country.

The franchise is based on a business model which Mortgageforce says has worked very well in Aus-tralia and Canada.

It has backing from companies such as Direct Valuations. Individuals set up their own business and get compliance and legal support from Mortgageforce while being able to take advantage of its brand.

McConnells Advertising is a sub-division of The McConnells Group, which was set up in 1953. It deals with advertising, recruitment advertising, design, media buying, new media and public relations.

Mortgageforce managing director Rob Clifford says: “With the campaign alr-eady under way, we are very happy with our app-ointment of McConnells and are confident that they will help us to continue our rapid growth of the Mort-gageforce brand.

“We believe that teaming up with an agency that gives Mortgageforce a creative edge will only enhance our already excellent franchising proposition.”
