Fixed rate: 4.99%

Minimum loan: £30,000

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000, up to 70% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments

Conditions: Free valuation, free legal fees if the lender’s solicitor is used, available for properties in England and Wales

Arrangement fee: £999 plus £99 booking fee

Redemption fee: 5% of the amount repaid in the first two years on full redemption only
