Mortgage Partnership rebrands to Modus Mortgage Network

The Mortgage Partnership has rebranded to become the Modus Mortgage Network, comprised of 25 appointed representative firms and over 40 registered individuals.

Modus says its enhanced proposition includes a mentoring service for new AR’s and RI’s, access to the whole of market, compliance guidance and comprehensive PI insurance.

A members’ portal is also available with unlimited access to offerings including case tracking, packaging, general insurance and conveyancing.

Modus Mortgage Network says last year its firms placed over £300m worth of mortgage business across the whole of market and has major plans for expansion in 2008.

Modus Mortgage Network director Mark Demby says the decision to rebrand will further enhance the supportive environment for ARs.

He adds: “There is no doubt that we are embroiled in a challenging marketplace and it is vital that we position ourselves so we can arm ARs with all the tools necessary to offer their clients a highly competitive service that will enable them to stand out from the crowd.”
